Garden Sprouts Program

Hialeah Gardens High School Childcare & Preschool center

Since August 2023, Blissful Hands has been leading seasonal and holiday-themed mindfulness classes at the Hialeah Gardens High School childcare and preschool center. Through our partnership with the Garden Sprouts program, we work with children ages 3–5, guiding them through activities that help them explore their emotions and build healthy, positive habits for lifelong mental well-being.

Every two months, our team brings engaging sessions filled with mindfulness exercises, simple yoga, and hands-on creative projects that teach emotional regulation, kindness, and confidence. These moments reflect our nonprofit’s mission to support mental health from an early age—creating nurturing, joyful spaces where young learners can grow, feel understood, and thrive.

Summer 2025 Back to School Community Donations

Nathan B Young Elementary & Dr. Frederica S. Wilson/Skyway Elementary School (August 11, 2025)

On August 11th, 2025, Blissful Hands poured their hearts into giving back, and none of it would've been possible without an incredible community.

Proudly supported students by providing new uniforms, backpacks, headphones, and school supplies, along with extra supplies for teachers to kick off the school year prepared.

At Nathan B. Young Elementary, they donated 50 fully stocked 2nd-grade backpacks, 100 uniform polos, and brought smiles through face painting.

At Skyway Elementary, they supported 18 first graders with their full supply lists and added more face painting fun.

This would not have been possible without the support of our sponsors. Thanks to Walmart, The Education Fund, MetroPCS, National Honor Society, Triumph AC, Nuevo Amanecer Cafe, Latin Churro, and Costco for carrying out our mission.

Lotus House Sponsored 12 Kids for Back to School Prep (Given on August 6, 2025)

Every child deserves to walk into school feeling confident, cared for, and ready to succeed.

We were honored to sponsor 12 amazing kids at Lotus House, providing them with the uniforms, shoes, and socks they need to start the school year strong.

We love being able to continue working with Lotus House and are so grateful for the opportunity to give back to such an incredible community.

Nathan B Young Elementary Halloween Trunk or Treat Volunteer Recruit

Our team had the opportunity to support Nathan B. Young Elementary’s Halloween Trunk-or-Treat event, helping create a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for students and families in the community. Through volunteering and hands-on support throughout the event, we assisted with activities, engagement, and overall event operations to ensure everything ran smoothly.

This event brought together students, families, and volunteers to celebrate in a fun and inclusive environment, reinforcing the importance of community involvement and service. By contributing our time and effort, we helped foster a positive atmosphere that allowed families to enjoy a well-organized and festive celebration.

We are grateful for the opportunity to give back to such an incredible community, and this experience highlighted the impact that student volunteers can have when working together toward a shared goal. None of this would have been possible without the collaboration of organizers, volunteers, and supporters who helped make the event a success.

Camillus House Kid’s Clothing Donation Drive

Blissful Hands had the honor as its second year donating to Camillus House. With the support of their members, on September 30th, 2025, they were able to support families dealing with homelessness at the Camillus House. The club is grateful for the generosity of its members, which enabled it to achieve a greater impact and leave a lasting impression throughout the community.
